Sam Cato is a native Floridian and graduated from the University of Central Florida. She has lived all over the US, but has found Texas as home. Sam moved to Amarillo with her husband (Vance), two boys, and golden retriever to be closer to family. While Sam has a functional nutrition practice, she decided to take a break in preparation for having her second little one, only to be given the opportunity to be the children’s ministry assistant at Central. Sam has a passion for helping others and has found serving in children's ministry to be equally rewarding and impactful.

 

Sam loves being outdoors (especially with her family), the beach (of course), rooting for Florida State, traveling, baking sourdough, coffee, and dogs.
