George was raised in Dimmitt, attended Amarillo College & Texas Tech. Vickie and George married in 1979 and have kids and grandkids living in Ft. Worth and Denver.  Before working for Central in 2010, they were in the trucking business for over 36 yrs. George lived in Dimmitt for 45 yrs. before moving to Canyon in 2006. He loves dogs. Best places to be are in the mountains, camping by a lake, and fishing for walleye and trout.
