[Green Tag Financial Assistance]
Providing financial assistance for the community in the areas of utilities, emergency food and gasoline along with assistance to acquire state IDs and birth certificates. Church members are available on Sunday morning during class and worship times for light casework, prayer, and invitations to join the church in class and worship.
[Wednesday Nights at Martha’s Home]
A Wednesday night meal is provided by Sunday morning bible classes for a women and children’s homeless shelter. Also, a time of fellowship, relationship building, bible study and prayer time is included.
[Loaves and Fishes] A community consisting primarily of the poor meet at the church building on Thursday mornings for food assistance, small group bible study, group and individual prayer and other activities that encourage a growing life in Christ. A small group bible study is also available for the Hispanic community during this time.
[Sunday Morning Prayer Breakfast] Bible classes provide breakfast for the community followed by a bible study to encourage a life in Christ.
[Neighborhood Christmas Party] Bible classes, small groups and individuals provide baskets and gift cards for families who need extra assistance during Christmas for their children. In early December, a party is held for church members and community families to meet. The families then receive the gift baskets with gift cards for the children and share time in fellowship and prayer with their sponsors.
